Great communications every step of the way. I appreciated our agent's responsiveness and good advice. The first carrier did not honor our timeframe, and Tom immediately got us connected to a carrier who did everything as promised. Their driver was also terrific, calling in advance of pick-up to keep us advised of timing, and, by being available by cell, was able to store the EZ pass we had forgotten to remove.
