Chris helped me walk through the whole process. He is helpful and honest. Sometimes he got back to me a little delayed through email (I had to contact with him through email because they do not have customer service through phone during weekends).

The company he assigned me is Fas Transport which is a small local company. I never talked to them though. Sergio and his buddy were the drivers. They are nice people. The only problem with them was communication. They spoke poor English and would never contact you. I had to contact them every time. The pick-up date and delivery date are both one day later than estimated, but since they only took 5 days to deliver my Camry it is totally acceptable.

The cost for transporting the car is not high. There was no damage to the car. The car got dirty when it was delievered, but I understand it's because of the open transport. I could be a little picky and I know a wrong choice could end up with a very bad ending for car delivery, but I would say that they did a good job with car transport and you can trust them.
