Broker great, Carrier not so much...

The broker here was Chris with Safe Direct. He was great with costumer service and regularly checked up on me. The carrier on the other hand... He didn't speak english very well, couldn't understand basic directions, didn't know east from west, got lost four times and called me telling me he was there, couldn't operate a GPS, turned into the wrong location which didn't have a truck entrance (the location I gave him did), and high centered his truck on the entrance drive. He blocked off a major road for over 45 minutes and had to have a construction crew bulldozer pull him off of the obviously too steep driveway entrance. It was a terrible mess... I realize this isn't directly the brokers fault and that is why I didn't grade him harshly.
