Jason was responsive and easy to talk to. He is bright and energetic. One issue was that he repeatedly called my wife's mobile number instead of mine. She then had to redirect him to me. Not a problem the first time but this happened three of four times. When the carrier was assigned, the driver repeated the same incorrect calling pattern.

Both the pickup in Florida and the drop off in Oregon went very well. They were very difficult to understand on a cell phone. The drivers did have a problem with their truck right after the tentative pickup. During the repair they were unresponsive to phone calls. I understand vehicles breaking down is out of their control but not answering their phones is a not acceptable. Once things were committed, they did exactly what they said they would. The vehicle was delivered very quickly once picked up. The drivers must have driven 24 hours to get it from Florida to Oregon that quickly.

The single biggest concern was the car was not picked up for many days after the first available date. I believe the initial quote from Safe-Direct was much too low. We had to raise the price once and a second time while negotiating with the driver. I would have rather have received a more realistic quote from the beginning.
