The car arrived on the day as scheduled. The drop off and pick up procedures could be better since I had to arrange with the driver on where to meet. Some cities have strict parking code for large carriers, so I had a hard time communicating with the driver on exactly what time of the day and where to meet. My car has a line of scratch on the trunk probably from loading/unloading, I didn't see it when I was doing the inspection at pick up because the driver parked my car and his carrier at an intersection and blocked a lane of traffic; both of us were rushing to get paperwork done so that we can move away. Other than that, no dent or other severe damages.
The staff at Safe Car Direct sound professional. I had Jason and he is very patient and helpful in terms of keeping me informed on every step along picking a driver and getting a reasonable price.
Recommendation: get Safe Car Direct as your broker, and be mindful when choosing the company/driver who is responsible for transporting your car.
