I was only willing to deal with a BBB accredited company. Safe-Direct promised prompt professional service and that's what I received. A driver was found for my request in < 24 hours. I requested verification of the company's insurance and it was received same day.

I felt comfortable with the pick up. The driver was professional and thorough. He was reachable throughout the trip and arrived as scheduled. Auto recipient was contacted to schedule a delivery time a day in advance and experienced the same professional courtesy.

There were no games at the finish line. We paid per the terms agreed upon up front and the business concluded without a hitch. Everything went as advertised. I would recommend and use the service again.
