I was very nervous about shipping my car cross country, but Richie from Iron Mountain Auto Transport was very easy to work with. I called him a couple of times during the transport to get updates on the delivery status and he always answered my questions cheerfully. I docked a point because due to delays during the journey, I had to pick up my car at 3am, which was quite inconvenient and if I was living alone, could be scary. However, I understand this is not fully in the transport company's control.

My car arrived in good condition, and even at 3am Richie was very courteous. I would not hesitate to use their service again
