Good price, very poor communication

The price was one of the best out of any broker. However, communication with my representative was very poor. It took several days for the person to respond to questions and I never received e-mails or other information about transportation time, the expected date of delivery, payment instructions and the like.

I had to call dispatch to find out that the car was scheduled to come 1.5 weeks after leaving my house. Then the actual carrier called 3 days early to let me know that I had to be there to pick it up the following morning, which conflicted with prior arrangements.

In the end, things worked out and the carrier was able to work with me to set up a convenient pickup time. The car had one minor scratch on it which was new.
