My Safe Direct rep was Chris Spencer who was/is absolutely perfect. His customer service skills are excellent and I'm very, very happy that I chose him and his company to move my car. I transported a Mercedes SL 500 Brabus so I was a bit nervous before I shipped the car; however, after speaking with Chris several times and actually meeting and chatting with our driver, I felt 100% confident with the whole process. Sure enough, the entire transaction from pickup-to-delivery was completely effortless and the car was delivered a head of schedule, which was a major plus.
