Great 2nd experience with Safe-Direct

This is the second time I used this company for the same CA -> NY route, although the carrier was different this time. The communication was clear about each step in the process - Jennifer answered all my questions and was very helpful. I paid extra for a narrower pickup window which was honored. The car was picked up and delivered in timely fashion and arrived in good condition - there were no issues. The price was as agreed upon. The carrier, Guyette Transport also provided great service and kept me updated about the pickup and delivery. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this company.
