We had our car shipped from CA to NY and were very happy with Safe-Direct car shipping. From start to finish Chris was a pleasure to work with.
We were in CA for just a week and needed the car picked up within that week. We spoke with several companies and could not find anyone we were comfortable with. Most representatives were rude, pushed us to book right away, pay up front a large deposit, did not listen or try to explain/answer our questions or concerns, and were very vague about the pick up date.
Chris made the process as smooth as possible - he explained the booking/shipping process, pricing/payments and was able to get the car picked up on the exact day we requested. The car arrived safely in NY. Thank you Chris!
