Safe-Direct - a good experience

David at Safe-Direct got the job done at the price quoted and we'd use Safe-Direct again. He gave us a window of 3 - 4 days on each side of the day we were moving. The car originally was supposed to be picked up 2 days after our move date. David called and told us that the carrier had to cancel because his truck broke down. I was told not to worry and that he'd try to find another carrier. About 20 minutes later David called back and had a new carrier that was willing to come one day earlier than the other one, so it actually worked out better for us anyway. The car arrived when estimated, and we had the driver's contact info so we could communicate with him. The car was a little dirty, but that was expected. It came thousands of miles. With one quick wash, it was good as new and all our items inside the car were left intact. We would use Safe-Direct again.
