This is the first time I used a moving company to ship my car. I was quite nervous. Tom is always very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He keeps me informed of the status. I requested specific days for pick-up and delivery. Tom was able to find a driver to meet my requirement.

My overall experience is very satisfied and I would highly recommend this company and Tom to my friends in the future.
