My experience with Safe- Direct was good, I can't say it was the best.. Jason was nice and helped my car to be picked up early. But my carrier, Alex lost my car key on his way to ct, which was really not expected. I really had tough time for 3 days, but atlast my car reached safely to ct and was on time.Jason was in contact with me whole time and helped me how to deal with the situation. overall, it was a decent experience..
