First I checked on line to see if your company was a reputable shipper and it was. From there I contacted your company and another that had favorable ratings and ultimately chose yours. Why? Prompt service. Service that did not seem pushy - many of the auto transport companies were pushy. Chris was knowledgeable. Helpful. The car was located in Illinois at a dealer and we had to have it moved from the lot by the end of the month. I contacted your company and they were able to meet my needs - even with a holiday coming up (memorial day). I was so impressed with your service that I learned recently that my nephew needs a car transported and we are using your company and Chris again.
