This was my first time transporting a car across the US. I did not know what to expect and was afraid of all these scam companies that I read so much about. Of all the people that I spoke with, David at Safe Direct was really helpful. He didn't sugarcoat anything and told me up front what the process of transporting a vehicle involved. I was given update emails leading up to when a carrier was booked. The car was picked up a day earlier than expected, which was no problem. The car arrived in great condition at my destination.

There are no update emails/calls in between the time that you car is picked up and delivery. So if you are the needy type that likes to track progress, you might just have to relax a little bit here. Overall, great experience.
