Excellent Experience with Safe-Direct Car Shipment

It was my good fortune to have found Safe-Direct Car Shipping after initially engaging another car shipment broker which I was to discover had a less than pristine review of the services it provided! All of my contacts were with David, and from my first conversation with him to my last I found him to be absolutely truthful and candid regarding the transport of cars process. The videos associated with the Safe-Direct Car Shipping website are excellent and anticipate the vast majority of questions a first-time client might have. David patiently listened and responded to the questions and some concerns I had during the several weeks’ process; all of the concerns I had were driven by the particular carrier that had been selected for me. Bottom line: my car was picked up on the day promised in Maryland and safely delivered the next afternoon in Florida as scheduled. I was very pleased with the service and the customer focus that David accorded me. I have already referred this broker to a friend, and would without reservation use Safe-Direct Car Shipping again in the future!
