Within the first few hours after confirming the order online, I was contacted by David to get everything squared away. I mentioned that I had a five day window for the pickup, and he was more than willing to accommodate my needs. In fact, the driver arrived to pick up the car on the first day of that five day window. Overall, everything went great and the car arrived before I did.

I hope to never have to ship my car across the country again, but if I do I will use Safe-Direct.
