Had to ship car from PA to WA. Dave from Safe Direct was very responsive via both phone and email. He gave me an overview of the process, and answered all my questions.The whole thing was very smooth. Safe Direct is an agent and after i submitted my quote, Dave went out to match a car carrier for me. Once that's done, some of the simple logisitics were just between me adn the carrier company itself. I contact Dave if i have questions.

Everything was smooth, no damage to the car, car came at promised time (arrival was early - but we were home fortunately) , and pricing was as said. Will use again if i need to transport my car again.
