Not using this type of service very frequently I was a bit nervous. In my research Safe-Direct Car Shipping had very good ratings, but more importantly to me the information that they provided and the honest with which they addressed the process (via their videos and online content) was very good. It made me feel much better about them as a company. After placing the order Tom, with Safe-Direct kept me updated on progress.

The driver called the day before scheduled pickup and was available and since the cars were already ready he picked them up that evening. He was pleasant and helpful. The next day the cars were delivered to their destination as promised.

I was very pleased with Safe-Direct and would highly recommend them and use them again when the need arises.
