Safe-Direct Car Shipping provides a great service and we were very satisfied with them as a first-rate choice for an auto transport company. The dispatcher (Tom) was professional and prompt in both email and phone responses. He clearly explained how the transport process worked regarding the central dispatch, the average transit time expected, and was helpful with setting a competitive price for quick pick up from a reputable transport carrier. We had a BMW sedan transported from Arlington, Virginia to Santa Monica, California within 7 days from pickup to delivery. The cost was $1,150 for door to door service. The assigned carrier was CAA Transport, which picked up the car within 3 days of booking. The driver was very friendly and kept us informed on the status of the vehicle drop off. The whole experience was very smooth. I would highly recommend Safe-Direct Car Shipping, and would do business with them again.
