Tom was great. There a was a last minute change with the carrier where it was the discover that the carrier's insurance was expired. Tom got another carrier assigned in to pick up my car within 30 minute. Alex from planet transport, was great!!! Very professional and knowledgeable, he was a little late but he picked it up that day and told me it would get there in 7 days. Load and behold, Alex arrived in Connecticut on time.
