Overall, I had a positive experience with Safe Direct Company. The door-to-door service was $695 for an enclosed carrier. David from Safe Direct stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and was very responsive through phone and email. He walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. He was able to find a carrier couple days after my first available pick-up date. My car was picked up on the specified date and was safely delivered to my destination. The driver was easily reachable and dropped off the car on the specified date which was 2 business days after picking up my car. I would recommend this service to others but would suggest on giving yourself extra days for pick-up as it may be difficult to find carriers if you live in a small town as it was in my case.
