first-time autoshipping experience with Safe-Direct

Recently my family move from NY to WA ,so we need a auto transport. After researching the web and reading many reviews, we chose Safe-Direct Car Shipping for the reasonable cost and the door-to-door service . I'd recommend their website - there are some informative short videos online that are helpful if this is the first time you're going through this process as us. Tom at Safe_Direct explained every step and made the experience seem pretty easy. THE ONLY THING WHAT I WANNA complaint is only about the truck carrier. We waited about 7 days for the vehicle was pickup but i think maybe it was just in the big city like new york. Finally they took the order and came pick my car up outside my house .Then He delivered the car in perfect shape, and only made it in 6 days which is wonderful to the right place! Overall, we are very pleased with the experience, and will use Safe-Direct again if we ship another car. And thanks!
