Cross country car shipment

Working with this company has been a pleasant experience. It wa my first time ever to ship a car and I had no clue where to start. Tom Miller was right there for me with information, estimates of ship time and realistic costs. He referred me to the videos which gave me some smarts and helped me know what to do and not do. The rating with the BBB also gave me some reassurance. The price quoted was roughly in the middle of the several I received which is where I like to be. Tom kept in touch and patiently answered my questions. He gave me a solid price for the shipment so I didn't have to worry about getting hit with hidden costs or any ups.

I filled out the shipment order on a Thursday, got a pickup call on Friday and had the car picked up on Saturday. It arrived in South Carolina 9 days later in the same shape as it left here in CA.
Now that's prompt service! The driver for the pick-up called me to let me know of a short delay due to freeway traffic, but was close to the hour promised. He was courteous and careful. He took photos of everything so there would be no dispute. I must say that I was completely satisfied with the performace of this company and will recommend them to anyone.
