David was my customer rep and he did a great job from the beginning to the end of the transaction. He made sure I was informed of my shipping status throughout the entire time. When I did have any questions or concerns I would contact David and he would get back to me very promptly. Overall I am satisfied with my transaction with Safe-Direct.

However, I do have to say that I am not very satisfied with the shipping carrier (the actual trucking company that shipped my car). When I received my car it was very filthy; the backseat had dirt on it and the tank was empty (I purposely left 1/4 my tank filled to see if the car would be driven while in transit because some friends of mine told me that the trucking company may take your car for a ride while it's in transit; sadly their hypothesis is true).

Overall I would use Safe-Direct again because they have the best service compared to the rest of the shipping companies out there. Just don't expect your car to be in good condition when it arrive and yes please let it run for 15 minutes because I can assure you your battery is dead by the time you get your car.
