Tom did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process. He helped out by coordinating with the seller on the pick up time. I liike the fact the car showed up a day ahead of my expectations. This being my first time transporting a car I was a little concerned about the honesty of a broker but must say this company was honest all the way.
