This was the easiest part of my move. The car arrived in the same shape as when it was picked up and on time. The information and follow up by Tom was top notch customer service. He was upfront and honest of what I could expect with the timing of pick up and delivery of vehicle. He always anticipated my questions and sent me email reminders along the way. Tom made the shipment easy and worry free. ABM Auto Transport who did the shipment reflected the high standards of service and courtesy that Tom from Safe-Direct Car Shipping had established. They made calls to me as they approached the pick up and drop off areas, informing me of when I could anticipate their arrival time.
