I have never shipped a car before and was a little apprehensive about the whole process. Tom, however, was very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was thoroughly understood in advance and kept in touch throughout the experience. All in all, the experience was 100 percent positive. I will definitely use this company again if needed and have no misgivings recommending them to friends and family. Additionally, the driver was also very polite and careful with the car. The car arrived in great condition and I was amazed at how fast I got my car, especially given the long distance between Miami and Seattle.
