I chose Safe-Direct based on price and their 100% Damage Free Guarantee. Dave from Safe-Direct was helpful during the process. The driver from the carrier seem knowledgeable and was helpful. The only improvement I see is that the carrier could be more pro-active to call to schedule pickup and drop off time. It wasn't until I contacted Dave that they call to schedule for the pick up time. But, the car arrived safe and sound and on time which is what most important. I would use Safe-Direct again.
