My car was picked up on Saturday from Nevada and arrived in Kansas on Monday, much faster than I expected. Tom at Safe Direct was excellent, very prompt in responding my calls and emails. The driver was very nice, really took care of the car. I am extremely satisfied with the service, would highly recommend Safe Direct to anyone. Previous I shipped my car from Kansas to Neveda through another company, it was little bit cheaper, but I was very disappointed, I had to drive 15 minutes from my house to pickup the car, the car was extremely dirty, driver was rude, and the worst thing was my BMW 525 had scratches. Since the car was so dirty, I was not able to see those scratches until I washed the car on the way back. Of course, when I called the company back, they said they were not liable and so make sure you inspect the car before signing anything. So, this time I was very cautious about picking up the transport company, read many reviews before choosing Safe Direct. Safe Direct picked my car from the designated location and delivered right in front of house safely without ANY problem. I am extremely happy about Safe Direct, customer service, the driver, communication, and the price was reasonable. Thanks Tom!
