My first experience transporting a vehicle

David was always available, knowledgeable of all aspects of the job, never pushy, honest, provided helpful videos, and overall did a great job. The transporter had little experience off-loading vehicles from the truck, and took somewhat longer than I had expected, but did get the job done. The offloading was done near the midnight hour, which made it more difficult. Daylight would have helped. My vehicle was the only one on the trailer and was part of a assorted cargo. The vehicle was securly tied down in the trailer. Overall, the experience with the transporter was good, but the darkened offloading seemed a little hairy to me.
