I had read many reviews online about shipping my car to Atlanta. A lot of the companies seemed to have good ratings but a couple negative reviews mixed in. Mind you these negative reviews are not just customers complaining for no reason they had legitimate cause to be upset. So I found Safe - Direct Car Shipping on the BBB website. I looked at their website and decided to give them a call. As soon as I talked to Tom he leveled with me. He told me the price points and he told me how the process was going to work and what we had to do. Tom was honest and he even told me I could take my time which was different from the other people I had spoken to on the phone as I am pretty sure they just wanted to tell me whatever I wanted to hear so they could close the sale. However, Tom was very patient with me and that is why I decided to go with this company.

In the end the delivery was smooth and everything went according to plan. I would like to add that the carrier they chose Ace Auto Transport did an excellent job of meeting my stipulations and that they were responsive and helpful. Tom himself was also very timely in responding to me and answering any of my questions.

I would like to close with the fact that I was very nervous about shipping my car as it is my prized possession however I was very happy with the service and results I achieved with Safe Direct car shipping. I would recommend them and although not every case is the same, the service I received was top notch.
