Fast and simple. Dave called me and explained the process, which I was unaware of. I never felt pressured. They weren't the cheapest (buy about $25), but there were *no* additional costs or fees with Safe-Direct. The car was picked up on *the day* requested. I used Wheels on Wheels and the selller and I both enjoyed working with the owner / driver, Gary. Gary even helped me push the car up our driveway and into the garage. (It didn't run)
