There are not enough compliments I can give Safe-Direct and my rep, David. First of all, shipping a car is extremely stressful. The minute you give out your phone number and/or your email address, you will find yourself inundated by people calling and emailing you. My car was safely delivered to me three weeks ago and other companies are still calling. This wasn't the case with David at Safe-Direct. He kept in touch with me but never once did he bug me or try to put any pressure on me. He didn't speak poorly of other companies and instead focused on his company, my car and my shipping needs. I have to admit that I took much longer than needed to book with David to have my car shipped. But, he was as nice and courteous to me as if I had made the reservation the first time I talked to him. Even though Safe-Direct had so many positive reviews, I told myself to just assume it might take a while to have the car picked up and even longer (since they can't give you an exact date your car will be delivered) to receive it. That was hardly the case, David called me back a few days later and told me my car would be picked up 2/23. The car was picked up 2/21 instead, My family, who were on the shipping end, told me the driver was courteous, helpful and very quick. The driver called me three days later to say he was in LA already but it was too late for him to deliver. So my car made it from KY to CA in three days. I realize these times might not be the same for every delivery,I was lucky for it to be mine. The driver was very communicative throughout the process and met me when and where he said he would. My car was in perfect shape, which I was really worried about since it was an open carrier. Eventually I will have to ship my car again, and I will go straight to Safe-Direct and I will ask to work with David. I recommend you do as well.
