From the very first email, David was extraordinary. I had never shipped a car before, and he helped me, very patiently, with the whole process. He answered every question in detail to help me understand. When I called or emailed him (a million times) with questions, I got detailed and thorough answers. He even called me to check on the progress, to make sure the shipper had called me and that is was picked up and delivered on time. My company ( EFW) wll always use Safe Direct for our needs as long as David is there.
