My experience with David, who organized everything - was great. My only issues was that the driver wanted to pick up my car a day early - which I was not ready for. Also, on the day of delivery they were almost 2.5 hours late - my boyfriend had to come home for lunch and ended up getting back to work late because of it. They blamed traffic, but that should have been accounted for when they stated delivery time.

Otherwise the car was transported without damage and delivered on the day promised.
