Andy from A&J Transport was absolutely the best. I was so glad we were lucky enough to have him be the one to transport our car across the country. This was the first time we had a car transported and it was a good experience. I had not initially understood that it could take several days from the first available pick-up date for a carrier to be located. I was thankful that we were not in a rush, because the wait would have made me nervious had we been on a tight schedule. You should know that you get only a short notice (a day or so) when the carrier has been located until the car will be picked up. Jennifer was helpful- always returned my calls within the next business day. All in all- I would not hesitate to do it again in the future.
