Overall, I was happy with the total process. Tom was very helpful with providing me with information on how the process worked, getting me proof of insurance of the carrier assigned and the like. The process went smoothly.

The assigned carrier was knowledgable about my vehicle and understood my concerns of safekeeping the car. The car was in a small enclosed trailer and arrived within the few hours window given. The car arrived in the same condition it left in.
