Tom was very helpful and prompt in returning phone calls. He both emailed and called to check-in, which was reassuring. He answered all questions thoroughly and I felt very confident in the overall process. I was charged the exact rate I was quoted with no additional charges. The driver arrived to pick up the car when he said he would and the car got there on time, although it was pretty close. The driver was also very good about taking phone calls and making himself available to me. There was no damage, the car was just a little dusty which is to be expected. I would use this company again and recommend them to others.
