I am very happy with the car shipping service provided by Safe-Direct and the chosen carrier. I appreciated my representative Tom from Safe-Direct very much as he always answered my questions via phone or email quickly and honestly. I had a tight time frame to ship my car from the eastern coast to the western coast. Tom was able to secure me a carrier in time at a satisfactory price. The chosen carrier agent Paul was great as well. He was professional in loading and unloading my car. He delivered my car according to my request and kept me all the way updated via text message and phone calls. Overall speaking, this is a great service and I am happy with my choice of Safe-Direct. I would use it again in the future when needed and would for sure recommend it to my friends.
