Because of unpleasant experience I had before with another shipper when the boombox was stolen from my Jeepney Cherokee that I shipped out, I was very uncomfortable in making another out-of-state shipment. So I made an extensive research with emphasis on honesty, reliability and courtesy. I found Safe Direct to have all these three. And being a 5-star rated BBB member it restored my confidence. Moreover, David was very knowledgeable in car shipping, prompt in communications and very customer oriented. I was at peace after talking with him. Then as scheduled I got a call from Mario of Marana who was very courteous on the phone and gave me a heads up of the plan. I met Mario in person and he struck me as very efficient, honest, and simple. In my mind he must the owner of Marana that's why he was good, but if he was the assigned driver, all the more that I took my hat's off to him. Marana should be very blessed to have Mario. Then I called on a Friday to track the vehicle, it was Mario who answered and told me to my surprise that he was already in Virginia, talked to my son and had already arranged a delivery. And finally, I did not lose any item that I placed at the trunk of the car. I was happy with this experience with David/Safe Direct/MaranaTransport/Mario. What a team.
