I had another company already booked and after 3 weeks of them not picking up my car or even assigning a driver and having horrible customer service i cancelled that order. i found safe-direct online and called David, after a few hours of putting my order in, they found a driver and a day later they picked up my car and within 24 hrs my car was delivered. i will definitely use safe direct and David again in the future.
