Jennifer my customer service representative was extremely helpful in supplying me with videos, emails and phone contacts over the time I first contacted her. This was important to me because it was my first time use of an auto hauler. And a comment about the late pickup appears in order at this time, she forewarned me about pickups in cold weather states and the Christmas and New Years holidays. I would say that she did an excellent job of helping me during this shipping event. Kudos to her!
