Jennifer was very responsive and excellent with follow thru . This is a very important part of the service. I got the feeling she cared about making it work out well for me. She was also helpful in showing me a video to educate me and answer questions. The company that transported the car was also very professional,pulling right up to my home and very carefully taking my car off the truck. They told me about the trip. They were actually a day early which worked perfectly with my schedule.. The price the company estimated was competitve with the other companies,but the service and responsiveness of this company was significantly better.
