The transport was overall successful, but the main issue was that I had to leave town on the day that I wanted my car to be picked up. They didn't find a carrier for me by that time, so I left my car with a friend and hoped that his schedule would be flexible enough for whenever a carrier was found. This was in the middle of the holiday season, and I was told it was not unusual for business to be limited at this time. I ended up raising my offer 50 dollars and found a carrier soon after that. Everything worked perfectly after that and the car was delivered in only 4 days. I would recommend this service, but they can improve on organization and efficient communication between the handler, carrier, and client.
