I have been shipping my cars all over the United States for over a decade. I am extremely particular and have gone as far as suing past carriers for damage done to my vehicles. I have dealt with both brokers as well as directly with auto transport trucking companies and none have had such excellent customer service as I experienced with Jennifer at Safe-Direct.

I called Safe-Direct on a Monday and my car was picked up only days later, the following Saturday. The car was delivered within 10 days as promised. The tow truck driver was responsive.

I have no complaints and will certainly use Safe-Direct again.
