This is my third experience shipping our Ford F150 across the country, and this was by far the best experience. Jennifer was amazing; she was immediately responsive to all of my emails, she understood my concerns and priorities and she was able to advise us on how the process works and how to get our truck moved in a very small time window. Considering the cost of gas, the price was pretty reasonable and the logistics of the transport worked out better than expected. I would absolutely use this service again and would recommend Jennifer to anyone who needs to transport a vehicle. The process is overwhelming and confusing to a non-professional, but she made it so much easier to navigate and I felt safe with her advice.
