This was my first time shipping a vehicle. Tom was wonderful to deal with to set up the transportation of a Sienna van from Ohio to the Montana/Alberta Sweetgrass border to export to Canada. He assigned the shipping within a couple of days. I communicated with him a number of times as I could not get any infomation from the actual trucking firm as to pick up or delivery. The actual communication with the trucking firm was not good. It caused a bit of anxiety as I was under a very tight schedule and needed to drive 3 hours to meet the vehicle. After that and some delays on pick up day, it all worked out great in the end. Van was in great shape and still very clean even after 2000 winter driving miles. I would use Tom again to arrange my shipping for sure.
