Great Shipping Experience for my Mercedes!

After reviewing more than 20 different quotes and talking to many customer service representatives, I was still very nervous about having my Mercedes shipped from the dealer in Florida. I happened upon a small video of Safe-Direct and knew right away that I wanted to have a shipper that really stood behind their word with a guarantee that my car would be handled with the upmost of care. I requested a quote from Safe-Direct and was quickly linked to my very friendly and professional representative named Tom. He thoroughly explained the pricing and the shipping process with a great sense of humor which made the process so much easier to handle. He did a great job of calming me down and assuring me that my car would be transported quickly, professionally, and safely. After explaining the ordeal that I had been through with the dealer, Tom guided me through the whole shipping process with the greatest of ease and virtually no pain. It was indeed a pleasure working with Tom and the carrier driver( Luka) through the whole process of getting my Mercedes to NYC with no damages. I will tell everyone to use Safe-Direct in the future and will use them again when the need arises. These guys are so above the rest and they truly deserve to be called" NUMBER ONE" in the car shipping business!!!! Thank you guys for everything and keep up the great work!!!!!
